How do I return my order?

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please get in touch with our customer service team at info@groovysocks.co.uk as soon as possible with details on your order’s change request. Changes can not be promised but if the order has not yet been shipped it may be possible. 

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over £20.

What if the item I receive is damaged or faulty?

Please contact us as soon as possible at info@groovysocks.co.uk with your name, order number, and a quick description of the issue (with pictures if possible) and we will be more than happy to take care of it!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Groovy Socks offers Royal Mail International Standard Delivery. We also offer Free International Shipping on orders over £20.  

What payment methods are accepted?

Groovy Socks accepts Visa, American Express and MasterCard Payments. We do not accept direct bank transfers.

How do I care for my socks?

Wash by hand as far as possible and try to keep the temperature of the water below 40 Degrees Celsius. Don’t soak in water for a long time and try not to allow the sock to burn under the sun.
